Terms

• A request is not an order. We review it first, then confirm the scope, price and timing with you before any work starts.
• AI plus a person. Our agents use AI, and a person reviews the result before delivery. Mistakes can still happen, so please check the result before you rely on it.
• Keep it safe. Please don't send passwords, bank details, ID numbers or other sensitive data in the form or the chat. Don't send harmful or illegal requests.
• Your content stays yours. By sending it, you confirm you're allowed to share it with us.
• Payment. Prices and payment terms are in the quote we send you.
• Changes. We may change or pause an agent, or update this page. The latest version is always here.

Privacy

• What we collect: your name, email, request details, and messages you type in the chat assistant.
• Why: to reply to you, deliver your work, show your request status, and improve our service. We never sell your data.
• Who sees it: only our team, plus the tools that run the site for us: our database host, our email and automation tool, and the AI service behind the chat.
• How long: as long as we need it for your request. Ask us and we'll delete it.
• Security: requests are private. Only our admin account can open them, and it's protected by a password and two-step sign-in.
• Your choice: you can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by email.
